Medical Disclaimer
Last updated: September 2026The single most important thing to understand about what we do — and what we do not do.
MedVoyage does not provide medical care
MedVoyage is a medical travel coordination service. We are not a hospital or a clinic, and we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. All medical decisions are made by licensed doctors at the hospitals and clinics that treat you.
Nothing on this website is medical advice
The information on this site — including the pages describing areas of care — is general education to help you understand your options and ask better questions. It is not tailored to you, it is not a diagnosis, and it must never be used in place of advice from a qualified doctor who has examined you and reviewed your records.
Submitting a case does not create a doctor-patient relationship
When you send us your details and reports, you are asking MedVoyage to help coordinate with medical providers. You are not consulting a doctor, and no doctor-patient relationship is created with MedVoyage. Any opinion we relay to you comes from the provider who gave it, and is based only on the documents supplied — a provider may reach a different conclusion after examining you in person.
We cannot promise outcomes
No honest organisation can guarantee the result of medical treatment. MedVoyage does not promise a cure, a particular result, a recovery time, or a specific cost. If anyone tells you otherwise — whether they claim to represent us or not — please treat it as a warning sign and contact us at info@medvoyage.me.
In an emergency
MedVoyage is not an emergency service and we cannot respond to medical emergencies. If your condition is urgent, severe, or getting worse, seek immediate care from a doctor or hospital where you are now. Do not wait for a reply from us, and do not delay treatment in order to travel.
Medical decisions are yours
You decide whether to accept a proposed treatment, which provider to use, whether to seek another opinion, and whether to travel at all. MedVoyage will give you information in writing and in plain language so that you can make that decision — but the decision, and the clinical judgement behind the treatment, never belongs to us.
