How it works

From your first message to getting home

Nothing moves forward without your agreement, and you can stop at any point. Here is exactly what happens, and what we need from you at each step.

  1. Tell us about your medical needs

You describe the problem in your own words — what it is, how long it has been going on, and what you are hoping to have done. No medical language needed.

Your part: Message us on WhatsApp or submit the case form.

  2. Submit your medical reports

We ask for the reports, scans and test results you already have. These let a specialist give a meaningful opinion rather than a general one.

Your part: Send whatever you have. If you have nothing, say so — we will tell you what to get.

  3. We coordinate with appropriate medical providers

With your permission, we share your case with hospitals and clinics suited to your condition, and ask what they would propose.

  4. Review your treatment options

We bring back what the providers say — the proposed plan, how long it takes, and what it involves — in writing and in plain language. You decide whether to go ahead, and you are free to seek another opinion.

Your part: Ask us anything that is unclear. Take the time you need.

  5. Prepare your medical journey

Entry requirements, appointment dates, accommodation, and how long to plan for including recovery. This is where we make sure the trip length matches what the doctors actually advised.

Your part: Confirm your travel dates and who is coming with you.

  6. Travel to Egypt

You fly, and someone meets you at the airport and takes you to your accommodation.

  7. Receive local support

Transport to appointments, interpretation where you need it, and a contact you can reach while you are here — for practical problems as much as medical ones.

  8. Follow-up after treatment

You leave with your discharge summary and follow-up instructions, and we stay reachable to help relay questions to your treating team after you are home.

How long does this take?

It depends on your condition and how quickly providers respond. Getting an initial view on a case usually takes days rather than weeks once we have your reports. Arranging travel adds more time. We will give you a realistic timeline for your case rather than a general one.

What if I change my mind?

Then you stop. Submitting a case is a request for information, not a commitment. You are free to seek another opinion, choose a different provider, or decide not to travel at all — and none of that costs you anything with us.

Ready to start your medical journey?

Tell us what is happening in your own words. There is no cost to ask, no obligation to continue, and we will be straight with you about what we can and cannot help with.
